SlideDeck Plugin for WordPress Troubleshooting6 Comments
Things You Should Try To Resolve the Issue
- Make sure your other plug-ins are compatible with your version of WordPress. Incompatible plug-ins can affect the normal operation of WordPress and other installed plug-ins.
- Try deactivating all the other plug-ins. If this fixes your issue, try re-activating them one at a time while testing that SlideDeck still functions correctly.
- Make sure that the wp_head() action and the wp_footer() action are present in your header and footer template files respectively. The wp_head() action should be the last command before the head tag closes, and the wp_footer() action should be the last command before the body tag closes. If you don’t know what this means, just let us know what theme you are using.
- Make sure that jQuery is only being loaded once in your document’s source code.
